What we process

This website is intentionally minimal. We do not use analytics, cookies, tracking pixels, embedded social-media widgets, or third-party CDNs that would receive your IP address.

When you visit voredos.com, our hosting provider records standard server log data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user-agent — for the sole purpose of operating and securing the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). Logs are retained for a maximum of 14 days, then deleted.

Email contact

If you reach out to info@voredos.com, the email content and your address are stored to handle the request and any resulting business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete email correspondence when there is no longer a business or legal reason to retain it.

External services

AIRRDB runs as a separate service at airrdb.com with its own privacy notice. This page covers only voredos.com.

Telephone communication is handled by BSNSoft Solutions GmbH (Germany) as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR — see imprint.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete and receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Belgium, the competent authority is the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
